The article by Stephen Majors, "Ohio elections chief, Democrats propose expanded early voting sites, streamlined voter ID law," explains that with the bill, developed by Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and House Democrats, voters will have more choices for early voting and fewer reasons to vote provisionally. It also simplifies voter ID rules that have been confusing in the past.
